Safeguarding
We are committed to making our churches be places of safety for everyone, and we take our safeguarding requirements seriously. Our Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO) follows the House of Bishops guidance and works in conjunction with the Diocesan Safeguarding Team. All our leaders are safeguarding-trained and DBS-checked as required. To view our Parish Safeguarding Policy, please click here.
If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Team. If you have immediate concerns about the someone’s safety, please contact the police and/or the local authority’s social care services. If anyone is in danger, call 999 without delay.
